Renowned Toronto Chef, Anna Chen with previous credits at Figo, Buca Yorkville and Scaramouche, commissioned me to help share the story of her new venture; Alma.

Chef Chen opened Alma where she creates an ever-changing menu of Hakka Chinese, Indian, Thai and Italian dishes. Following her team to the 1st anniversary, I documented the celebration dinner she curated and collaborated on with Chef Paul Navarrete of Kojin, Momofuku.
